Ashley McCarthy, PT, DPT, earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northeastern University in 2023. She enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels, helping them recover from orthopedic injuries and return to the activities that are important to them.
Growing up as a dancer, Ashley developed a strong appreciation for movement that continues to shape her approach to care. She has a special interest in working with dancers and other athletes while also helping individuals move more comfortably and confidently in their everyday lives.
Ashley believes meaningful progress starts with understanding each person’s goals. She combines hands-on treatment when appropriate with individualized exercise and education to help patients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they enjoy. Patients appreciate her encouraging, collaborative approach and her focus on helping them achieve their goals.
