We’re looking for a motivated Physical Therapist (PT or DPT) who values patient-centered care and enjoys blending clinical precision with creative problem solving. This position offers the opportunity to design and implement personalized treatment programs using a wide range of modalities and resources — far beyond the limits of a traditional outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and sports-related conditions.
  • Deliver hands-on manual therapy, joint mobilization, and soft-tissue techniques as appropriate.
  • Guide patients through progressive exercise and functional movement programs.
  • Utilize advanced recovery tools (dry needling, BFR training, cold plunge, NormaTec compression).
  • Track patient outcomes, maintain documentation, and communicate progress with referring providers.
  • Educate patients on long-term movement strategies, injury prevention, and performance optimization.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused clinic culture that prioritizes exceptional care.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills.
  • Experience or interest in sports rehabilitation, orthopedics, and advanced recovery techniques.
  • Certification or willingness to train in Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and patient relationship skills.
