We are located at: 16 Aldrin Rd., Plymouth, MA 02360, inside Plymouth Fitness.
Our hours are:
Monday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed.
We accept most major brands of insurance, Including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, Tufts , United Health and Wellsense
From downtown Plymouth (for example, near Plymouth Rock / the waterfront):
Head north/east on Route 3A (Court St) toward Aldrin Rd.
Turn right onto Aldrin Rd
Continue to 16 Aldrin Rd — Plymouth Fitness is on your left.
It’s a short 5–10 minute drive (depending on traffic).
From Kingston (e.g., near the Kingston commuter rail station):
Take Route 3 North toward Plymouth
Exit at Exit 6A (MA-3 North to Plymouth/Monument Beach)
Merge onto MA-3 N, then take Exit 5 toward Aldrin Rd
Turn left onto Aldrin Rd and proceed to 16 Aldrin Rd
Expect about a 10–15 minute drive under normal traffic.
From Marshfield (or the South Shore region):
Take MA-3 North toward Plymouth
Use Exit 5 toward Aldrin Rd
Turn left onto Aldrin Rd and proceed to our location
Parking is available on-site (see below).
Parking is available at the Plymouth Fitness facility. As we are located inside Plymouth Fitness (16 Aldrin Rd), you may use the shared lot. Please allow an extra minute for entering the parking lot and locating the dedicated parking zone for physical therapy clients.
